It all started in Orange County, California, where he founded Rosy Dental with his then wife, Dr. Rosa Banke, in a small strip mall. He rapidly built that practice from zero to more than a million dollars in production with little more than his wits and an unwavering determination. He then parlayed that success into Banke Global, a business that manages the expansion of more than twenty other practices. 


With that experience under his belt, Roberto has found great satisfaction in establishing other enterprises that provide services and social betterment in ever-increasing measure.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and equipped with the administrative know-how from Mr. Hubbard’s writings, Roberto founded a diverse series of businesses.


Roberto’s first business, Rosy Dental, started by Roberto with his then wife, Rosa Banke, DDS, grew to over $1 million annually within 18 months.


Inspired by this success, Roberto went on to establish Banke Global which transforms struggling dental practices into thriving ones. Drawing on Roberto’s own success at Rosy Dental, Banke Global motivates and trains the practice staff to competently manage the office and take it to remarkable new levels of growth. This frees practice owners from the administrative burden of running their offices, enabling them to do what they set out to do: practice dentistry.


Today, Roberto’s business endeavors extend from Banke Global, helping dental practices achieve spectacular growth, to Banke Global Health, an activity founded to help medical personnel acquire personal protective equipment after the advent of COVID-19. 


Known for his sweeping vision, Roberto dreams of having a combined total of hundreds if not thousands of offices. Nonetheless, he keeps his feet on the ground by judging success based on results.
