Roberto started his business career by founding Rosy Dental in a low-end strip mall in Los Angeles with his then wife Rosa. Armed only with his determination, Roberto began to make friends at every nearby business he could find. He visited thousands of businesses, setting himself a quota of forty a day. He chatted up owners and their customers and left countless promotional fliers on cars.
Before long, these businesses began to refer patients to Rosy Dental. Within a year and a half, the dental practice was clearing a million dollars in business annually. This was Roberto’s first vivid taste of success.
He soon decided he must share his formula for success with hundreds of other dental practices across the country. Since then, building on that early success, Roberto has established six other businesses that extend his reach internationally.
Tapping into his experience establishing Rosy Dental, Roberto dove into training and establishing other dental offices. His primary focus is providing office managers with the ability to grasp the reins of day-to-day management of the practice.
Once Roberto shares his intense desire for success and the methods of achieving it with the practice owner and the office manager, that’s enough to start blowing the doors off the practice. Production and collections begin to rise and the staff are awarded bonuses and prizes.
Roberto then uses his experience to write a forward-looking program to continue increasing production and collections and lets the office manager and staff take over. It’s important to Roberto that he empower the manager and staff to create that successful practice themselves. After that, it’s monitoring production and reports and moving on to the next dental practice that needs help. Each time, Banke Global retains an ownership interest in the practice.
Roberto helps companies make themselves better known through Banke Global Promotion. He provides businesses of all types with promotional items such as pens, apparel and lip gloss sporting the customers’ logos.
Roberto entered the entertainment industry with Banke Global Production. Through Baby Bear Productions, Roberto was able to start investing in projects that could improve conditions in the country and ultimately, the world.
The first project to be completed was the socially-relevant film, The Sleep. This film focused on a group of young adults who were only experiencing life through televised entertainment. They were forced to suddenly confront the fact that life was not only very real but that it could be very dangerous. Through the course of the story, the lead characters discovered how to fend off the murderous efforts of family and supposed friends.
Roberto is currently launching Gentlemen Banke, an upscale provider of products for men. The product line will include soaps, scrubs and apparel, all customized in scent or design for contemporary men.
When the COVID pandemic struck, Roberto realized that the medical community was struggling with a severe shortage of personal protective equipment such as hand sanitizer, face masks, gloves and protective apparel. He immediately began working with manufacturers he already had a relationship with to stock these items.
As these products poured into Roberto’s warehouses in Southern California and began to be shipped to medical practitioners who needed them, Banke Global Health was established. The company continues to ensure that practitioners around the world who need protective supplies have them as soon as they need them.
In every business venture Roberto takes on, he has an interest in how this business can benefit others. It could be that one business helps him finance charitable projects. Another business enables his customers to feel safer when they are at work. The entertainment projects that he has in progress are all designed to uplift, inspire or make people think about themselves and how they might be able to improve.
